Pilates exercises to tone the bum and legs.

This Pilates video is 35mins long and focuses on exercises to tone and strengthen the muscles around the bum, hips and legs. Exercises include some Side­lying Series, Bent Knee Lifts, Clams, Shoulder Bridge and All Fours Leg Circles. This is a great workout for lower body strength and hip stability not to mention core work which always goes hand in hand with any pilates workout!

What you will need: A mat or towel to lie on, a block for alignment if necessary and some comfy clothing. Try to find a calm and warm room where you can focus on your body and breathing throughout the video.
