Pilates video focussing on the Legs, bum and core muscles.

This video will run for approx. 30 mins and will take you through a series of exercises to target those derriere’s and pins! The exercises will include Side kicks, Inner Thigh Kicks, Leg Lowers, Shoulder Bridge, Glut Bridge, Clams, Side Bridge Clams, and some Heel­beats. It’s a great workout to tighten up the legs and bum as well as strengthen. We finish with some gentle stretching.

What you will need: A mat or towel to lie on, a block for alignment if necessary, a resistance band or pillow if you have one and some comfy clothing. Try to find a calm and warm room where you can focus on your body and breathing throughout the video.
