Thank you. I have really enjoyed Pilates over the last year. It has given me so much confidence to exercise again and a highlight of my week. I just wanted to send you a MAHOOSIVE thank you for guiding me through the brilliant pregnancy Pilates, I can’t tell you how much I’ve enjoyed the classes, but also how much I’ve really needed the classes to help focus my mind, move my body and help prepare for childbirth.
Just wanted to say thank you for all your help over the past few months. My separation has definitely improved and I feel I’m even under 1 and a half around my mid line. Now I’m 5 months post breastfeeding too, I feel like my body is changing. I’m going to keep up with the exercises you’ve shown me and who knows I might be in a bikini again next year!
Thanks for another great class, enjoyed the shoulder work, seem to have a problem with my left shoulder so this workout really helped!
Just wanted to say thank you for our postnatal session on Monday. I wasn’t feeling too perky Monday morning and doing something normal really grounded me and helped me feel better and more able to keep buggering on. I can’t believe how resilient you are and how quickly you adapted. I have to say doing it with a toddler was umm interesting – during the hold of the final clam he dived through my open legs complete with large space rocket

Felt quite virtuous after but not sweaty, achy and exhausted. Cassie was able to give us all individual help and attention, I didn’t feel uncomfortable or intimidated. I definitely feel more flexible since starting the classes. Whilst not repairing my nobbled knees, I think the supporting muscles have become stronger. I notice a difference in my posture and strength/ability when taking a break. I have not suffered as much SI joint discomfort since starting. All in all, money well spent! Really like the teaching style as it’s friendly, positive and makes you feel like all the exercises are achievable. It’s good to have the different levels to progress through and you don’t feel like you’re failing for having to drop back a level!
I like building on my core strength, especially when I can hold positions for longer. I also like that its an all over work out, with balance AND relaxation. It has everything. Mostly I like how you (Cassie) teach it. You go steady and make sure we all know what we are doing first so there is no rushing and no trying to watch and do the movement at the same time.Jo warren

I really enjoy coming to the antenatal Pilates classes. Since starting, my on going back problems seem to have disappeared and I enjoy doing the exercises at home throughout the week. Due to problems with my pelvis during pregnancy the exercises are always adapted for me and are comfortable for me to carry out. The time of the classes really suit my working hours, the venue is convenient to where I live and parking is never a problem.
