I shall be taking a little break from Friday 22nd August until Friday 5th September – inclusive.
Although there wont be any LIVE classes running during this fortnight, there WILL be TWO HOLIDAY PRE-RECORDED PILATES CLASSES to get your hands on.
Booking is easy and via this website, choosing the ‘Holiday Pre-record’ when it goes live on Friday 22nd August. They will cost £6.50 and be accessible for 7 days from Friday 22nd. The 2nd Pre-recorded class will go live on Friday 29th Aug and will again be accessible for 7 days or until Fri 5th Sept!
Go on…. treat yourself to an hour of ‘You-Time’, roll out your mat, dim the lights and stick your favourite relaxing playlist on whilst you join me in some stretching, core strengthening, breathing and relaxing! – You’re worth it!
